We proudly partner with STUDEX®, a global leader in ear piercing systems, to offer safe, hygienic, and precise ear piercing services.

STUDEX® provides FDA-registered medical piercing devices, including the advanced System 75, designed specifically for professional use. This system uses sterilized piercing studs, and is supported by professional ear piercing training to ensure a high standard of care and safety.

To support proper healing, we recommend purchasing STUDEX® Piercing Aftercare, available for purchase separately in-store.

A child must be three years of age or older.
A legal guardian must accompany all minors under 18 and sign the release. By signing the release, you are also approving the placement of the dots/earrings.
We will pierce both ears at the same time which is why an appointment will be needed, to guarantee both ears are pierced at the same time.
Earrings must be paid for prior to piercing. We cannot reuse piercing studs once they are removed from their outer packaging (regardless of whether they have been squeezed open).
Once we have attempted to pierce twice, we will request that any further attempt be scheduled at another time.
We reserve the right to refuse to pierce for any reason.

We will be unable to pierce on various days during major holidays and will do our best to post those non-piercing days/times. We will be happy to accommodate special circumstances as long as you make an appointment.We may also be unable to pierce during very busy times (ie. the store is filled with customers and piercers are needed for sales). You will be asked to wait, or schedule another time for ear piercing).

The original piercing studs should not be removed for a minimum of 6-8 weeks (Healing Period). After the healing period, you are then allowed to replace them with any earring you would like to wear. However, it is suggested to avoid wearing heavy earrings for the first 6 months.

Just follow these simple instructions for a healthy ear piercing

1. Cleanse your ear lobe 2 to 3 times a day. Spray the front and back with Adnohr Antiseptic Spray. (DO NOT REMOVE THE STUDS)

2. With clean hands gently slide the studs back and forth and rotate the studs (like winding a watch) in the ear to work the Antiseptic Spray into the newly pierced hole.

3. Keep hairspray, soap, shampoo and other hair preparations away from your ears. After shampooing, the ear piercing should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and then repeat steps 1 & 2. Keep hair away from your ears whenever possible during your healing period.

Avoid contact with unclean water, pool and the ocean during the healing period.

Pain, redness, infections or swelling are conditions that could indicate an allergic reaction to the gold or that your body can not tolerate a foreign object in the skin. If this occurs please remove the earrings and see a doctor immediately.
